Delete Your Account
You can delete your Picklr account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it: directly in the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have access to the app.
Option 1 — Delete it in the app
- Open Picklr and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
- Open Settings (the gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no recovery, so only confirm if you are certain.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email support@picklr.gg from the email address associated with your Picklr account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We'll verify the request comes from the account's own email address and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. We'll reply to confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile and display name
- Your email address
- Direct messages and chat messages you sent
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences
- Any blocks or reports you created
What is kept, and why
Game results from matches you played remain part of your leagues' records. Other players' match histories, ratings, and statistics are calculated from those same games, so removing them would corrupt other people's data.
These records are permanently disconnected from your account and identity. They keep only the display name the game was recorded under, exactly like a guest player who never had an account. They are no longer linked to your email address, your login, or any identifier that points back to you.
If you owned a league, ownership transfers to its most senior remaining member. If you were that league's only member, the league is deleted along with your account.
